Nablus Eski Şehri

Nablus Eski Şehri, Batı Şeria'nın kuzeyindeki Nablus'un tarihi merkezidir. Kültürel, mimari ve sosyal mirasıyla bilinen Eski Şehir, bir Roma şehri olarak kurulmuş ve o zamandan beri önemli bir kent merkezi olarak kalmıştır.^[1]^[2] Nablus'un Eski Şehri, tekstil, baharat ve Nabulsi sabunu satan büyük çarşılarıyla bir ticaret merkeziydi.^[3] Günümüzde 100'den fazla tarihi anıtsal binaya ev sahipliği yapmaktadır.^[4] Eski Şehir, özellikle İkinci İntifada sırasında İsrail roketleri ve bombaları tarafından defalarca hasar görmüş ve "muhtemelen diğer tüm Filistin şehirlerinden daha fazla" zarar görmüştür.^[5]^[6]^[7]
