Mingginler, aynı zamanda Mingginda olarak da bilinirler, Moonlight Creek'in doğusundaki Körfez Ülkesi'nde yaşayan bir Avustralya Aborjin halkıdır ve Carpentaria Körfezi'nin güneyindeki Yukulta/Ganggalidda halk ile komşudur.[1]
