Doğu Sudan dilleri, Nil-Sahra dil ailesinin bir kolunu oluşturabilecek dokuz dil ailesinden oluşan bir gruptur. Doğu Sudan dilleri, güney Mısır'dan kuzey Tanzanya'ya kadar konuşulmaktadır.
