Português: Os geneticistas Theodosius Dobshanksy e André Dreyfus junto com a turma de História Natural da USP, em 1943:
Sentados, da esquerda para a direita: Reinaldo Saldanha da Gama (professor de Mineralogia, um dos primeiros a pesquisar o urânio no Brasil); Ettore Onorato (1899-1971, professor de Paleontologia e Petrografia, famoso na Itália); Félix Rawitcher (botânico, principal responsável pelos estudos de uso agrícola do Cerrado); Eveline Du Bois Reymond (esposa do Ernst Marcus e sua assistente); Ernst Marcus (professor de Zoologia); André Dreyfus (Chefe do Departamento de Biologia), e Paulo Sawaya (professor de Fisiologia).
De pé, na primeira fila: José Camargo Mendes (assistente do professor Otaviano De Fiori); Michel Pedro Sawaya (assistente de Ernst Marcus); Rosina de Barros (assistente de Dreyfus); técnica do laboratório de Marcus, nome não-identificado; Gilda Correia (mais tarde Gilda Fleury); Mercedes Rachid (assistente de Marcus); Raquel Melo Teixeira; Maria Helena Matoso; Diva Diniz Correia (assistente de Marcus); Erasmo Garcia Mendes (estagiário da área de Fisiologia Animal, falecido em 2001), e Mário Guimarães Ferri (trabalhou com Rawitcher nas pesquisas sobre Cerrado; foi reitor da USP e faleceu em 1985).

According to Brazilian copyright law (Law 9.610 of February 19, 1998; see translation):

  • Article 44: The economic rights in audiovisual and photographic works shall be protected for a period of 70 years from the first of January of the year following that of their disclosure;
  • Article 45: In addition to the works in respect of which the protection of the economic rights has expired, the following shall pass into the public domain:
    • I. the works of authors deceased without heir;
    • II. the works of unknown authors, subject to the legal protection of ethnic and traditional lore.
  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.
